Hi noor, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
I have real life experience in this . I have been put in many circumstances where I have done things that have put impact on my Children. My kids have observed every move and effort I have taken to let my career and family business stand at where it is right now. They have seen the challenges and determinations I have been through. The most important impact they know that giving up is not an option . Once you set your goals …. you most reach them. They don’t often happen right away or from the first year or so .

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Clinica is medical and beauty lounge . Its puts together services that people need on normal basics. Our medical spa consists of injectable Botox and Dermal fillers. Along with anti-aging treatments of PDO , Laser, PRP , etc . Our Beauty Lounge consists of everyday needs Lashes , Facials , Microblading . etc. The special part of Clinica is that it not a place where you walk in and during the consultation you are recommend to change feathers in your self .Its not a place where you and everyone else come out looking the same. Here specialize in your needs and most importantly to bring out your features. Weather its Injectables , laser , facials , or lash extensions it most be something suitable for you skin , style , and age. “Not everyone looks good with big lips and long lashes “. Everyone is special and has there own perfections to focus on . Also here at Clinica is a special place where people feel comfortable to pamper … giving them self a special gift of care . Which I say ” You are the most important investment” . Anti aging treatments and perfections always bring positive energy. Knowing our strategy and success we have been a challenged by many medical spa but it has never effected us. I have learned many lessons and continue to learn along the way . The most important is organization, quality and confidence. Confidence is the most important . When you doubt an outcome clients can sense and that gives negative feedback. Be positive and believe in you capabilities and the results will be awarding. Bringing out ones perfect is art therefore confidence is important. Quality is important, there many brands out there but when you pick the best quality you clients are satisfied and that is what keeps business long standing. Organization for me is important as well. Focusing on two many things at once wont give good feed back. Each part of a business needs to be focused on alone.

Clinica is family business . It was built with day by day effort with my Husbands Louai Malas and children’s. We went together to all events to market and be recognized. Since 2016 we all have had a role in helping to keep the clinic up to date.
